The company regularily releases podcasts related to the topic of home loans. So far, the introduction music is a clip of The Streets Of Miami from our album Harmonic Waves: [ BlownMortgage.com - Podcasts (external link!) ... ]
Our music is not registered with any collecting society (such as GEMA and GVL in Germany). This makes it quite easy and it means that all usages of our music, which are not covered by the Creative Commons License BY-NC-SA 2.0 (especially commercial usage) needs to be negotiated directly (and soleley) with us.
As an exception, some tracks can be used even commercially, which are all of our tracks published on OPSOUND.ORG. These are published under the Creative Commons License BY-SA 2.5, i.e. commercial used is allowed provided our name is mentioned and the derivative work is released under the same (or a more restrictive) license:
To satisfy the attribution condition, please state Music by Dokapi under Creative Commons License BY-NC-SA 2.0 (or BY-SA 2.5 - whatever applies for the specific track). Of course a link to our homepage www.dokapi.de will be very much appreciated. If you plan to release your derivative work under a different license than the respective CC license, please contact us for further negotiations of the necessary details.
For commercial usages our licensing and payment terms depend very much on the concrete project. We would like to ensure you upfront that we will prove ourselves to be fair and generous partners.
